AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Sixty-five
Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($165,500.00) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be
used for the construction of sanitary sewers, together with
repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and
miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project, in Kingsbury-Topton (S-2209, C-1115), in the
City of Clayton, Missouri,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Sixty-five
Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($165,500.00) is hereby appropriated
from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund
of Deer Creek to be used for the construction of sanitary sewers,
together with repayment of the costs of Engineering, Survey and
Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection
with such construction project, in Kingsbury-Topton Estates (S-
2209, C-1115), in the City of Clayton, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 12, 1984.
