AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Midwest Piping
Contractors, Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers in Magna
Carta Sanitary Relief (S-1776, C-1116), in the City of Creve
Coeur, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Midwest Piping Contractors, Inc., as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers
in Magna Carta Sanitary Relief (S-1776, C-1116), in the City of
Creve Coeur, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 5th day of
November, 1984, and formally executed on the 27th day of November,
1984, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 12, 1984.
