AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Wachter
Construction, Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Wabaday-Seneca (S-2184, C-1121), in the City of Overland,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Wachter Construction, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Wabaday-Seneca (S-2184, C-1121), in the City of Overland,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 8th day of November,
1984, and formally executed on the 27th day of November, 1984, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 12, 1984.
