AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Bommarito
Construction Company for the construction of storm sewers in
Mortimer-Holman-Edmundson (S-2071, C-1073), in the Village of
Edmundson, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bommarito Construction Company, as the
lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Mortimer-Holman-Edmundson (S-2071, C-1073). in the Village of
Edmundson, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 26th day of
November, 1984, and formally executed on the 11th day of December,
1984, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 26, 1984.
