AN ORDINANCE, transferring Three Hundred Fifty-five
Thousand Dollars ($355,000.00) from the Real Property Purchase
Fund to the General Fund of the District, and appropriating Nine
Hundred Fifty-five Thousand Dollars ($955,000.00) from the General
Fund of the District for the purchase of certain real property in
the City of St. Louis, Missouri and St. Louis County, Missouri for
use as an ash disposal site.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Hundred Fifty-five
Thousand Dollars ($355,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Real
Property Purchase Fund to the General Fund of the District.
Section Two. The sum of Nine Hundred Fifty-five
Thousand Dollars ($955,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
General Fund of the District for the purchase of certain real
property in the City of St. Louis, Missouri and St. Louis County,
Missouri for use as an ash disposal site.
Section Three. The Director of Finance is hereby
directed to deposit all proceeds from a loan to be secured for the
purchase of said real property in the General Fund of the
District.
Section Four. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 26, 1984.
