AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Bangert
Brothers Construction Company for the construction of sanitary
sewers in Gravois Creek Sanitary Relief GC-9 (Victory-Brookville-
Jonathan) S-1965, C-1127, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bangert Brothers Construction Company, as
the lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of sanitary
sewers in Gravois Creek Sanitary Relief GC-9 (Victory-Brookville-
Jonathan) S-1965, C-1127, in St. Louis County, Missouri, within
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 19th day of November, 1984, and
formally executed on the 18th day of December, 1984, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 9, 1985.
