AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Sixty-one
Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($161,400.00) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be
used for the construction of a gabion wall, together with
repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and
miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project, Warson Woods Drive-Timber Lane (S-1253, C-
1126), in the City of Warson Woods, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri, has agreed to
contribute one-third (1/3) of the total costs of said project;
upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said money will
be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Deer Creek, and
WHEREAS, the City of Warson Woods, Missouri, has agreed
to contribute one-third (1/3) of the total costs of said project;
upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said money will
be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Deer Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Sixty-One Thousand
Four Hundred Dollars ($161,400.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer
Creek to be used for the construction of a gabion wall, together
with repayment of the costs of Engineering, Survey and Inspection,
and miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project, in Warson Woods Drive-Timber Lane (S-1253,
C-1126), in the City of Warson Woods, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
