AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Gary & Roger
L. Link, Inc. for the construction of a gabion wall in Warson
Woods Drive-Timber Lane (S-1253, C-1126), in the City of Warson
Woods, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Gary & Roger L. Link, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of a gabion wall in
Warson Woods Drive-Timber Lane (S-1253, C-1126), in the City of
Warson Woods, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 26th day of
November 1984, and formally executed on the 18th day of December,
1984, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 9, 1985.
