AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with J.H. Berra
Construction Company. Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in
Chorman and Athens Extension (S-1434, C-1119), in the Village
of Bel-Ridge, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to J.H. Berra Construction Company, Inc.
as the lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of storm
sewers in Chorman and Athens Extension (S-1434, C-1119), in the
Village of Bel-Ridge, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 29th
day of November, 1984, and formally executed on the 26th day of
December, 1984, by said contractor and by the Executive Director
and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the
following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 9, 1985.
