AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of University City Branch of
River des peres for additional engineering services for the final
design of 8300 Block of Jefferson Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-
415.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT :
Section One. The sum of Five Thousand Dollars
($5,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance
and Construction Improvement Fund of University City Branch of
River des Peres for additional engineering services for the final
design of 8300 Block of Jefferson Storm Sewer project, Contract E-
415.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 9, 1985.
