AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into an amendment Contract E-415 with Booker
Associates, Inc. for engineering services for the final design of
8300 Block of Jefferson Storm Sewer project.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into an amendment
Contract E-415 with Booker Associates, Inc. for engineering
services for the final design of 8300 Block of Jefferson Storm
Sewer project .
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 9, 1985.
