AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Kozeny-Wagner.
Inc. for the construction of a gabion wall in Jaros Court (S-
2054, C-1124), in the City of Bellefontaine Neighbors, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Kozeny-Wagner, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of a gabion wall in Jaros
(S-2054, C-1124), in the City of Bellefontaine Neighbors,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 15th day of November
1984, and formally executed on the 26th day of December, 1984, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of
the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 9, 1985.
