AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixty-Five Thousand Dollars
($65,000.00) from the Subdistrict planning Fund for engineering
services for the final design of prospect Hill Reclamation
project, Contract E-478.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty-Five Thousand Dollars
($65,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Subdistrict Planning
Fund for engineering services for the final design of Prospect
Hill Reclamation Project, Contract E-478.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment .
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 9, 1985.
