AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Hundred Twenty-one
Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Dollars ($221,650.00) from the General
Fund of the District to provide Facilities Maintenance Services
for the District's data processing system for the period of
January 15, 1985 to January 14, 1986.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Twenty-one
Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Dollars ($221,650.00) is hereby
appropriated from the General Fund of the District to provide
Facilities Management Services for the District's data processing
system for the period of January 15, 1985 to January 14, 1986.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 23, 1985.
