AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with R.V. Wagner,
Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in 82nd & Olive St. Rd.
Repair (S-2126, C-1128), in the City of University City,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to R.V. Wagner, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in 82nd &
Olive St. Rd. Repair (S-2126, C-1128), in the City of University
City, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 20th day of December,
1984, and formally executed on the 8th day of January, 1985, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 23, 1985.
