AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Thousand Three Hundred
Twenty and 30/100 Dollars ($1,320.30) from the Fee Fee Connection
Fees Account to pay James J. Kekeris a recoupment for sanitary
sewer construction costs advanced by him pursuant to a Sanitary
Sewer Connection Agreement with the former Fee Fee Trunk Sewer,
Inc., dated August 9, 1973.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Thousand Three Hundred
Twenty and 30/100 Dollars ($1,320.30) is hereby appropriated from
the Fee Fee Connection Fees Account to pay James J. Kekeris a
recoupment for sanitary sewer construction costs advanced by him
pursuant to a Sanitary Sewer Connection Agreement with the former
Fee Fee Trunk Sewer, Inc., dated August 9, 1973.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 23, 1985.
