AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 241 of Thunderbird Hills Plat No. 3 in the City of Florissant
in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate a portion of said easement, and
this District has no further use for said portion of said
easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
The five (5) foot easement along the Southeast property line
of Lot 241 of Thunderbird Hills Plat 3 from a point
five (5) feet Northeast of the Southwest property line
northeastwardly to the Northeast property line of said
Lot 241 as recorded in Plat Book 101 pages 90 and 91 of
the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 23, 1985.
