AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Mulligan
Construction, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in
Lackland-Flora Storm (S-2365, C-1140), in the City of Overland,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Mulligan Construction, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in
Lackland-Flora Storm (S-2365, C-1140), in the City of Overland,
Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 18th day of January,
1985, and formally executed on the 22nd day of January, 1985, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 23, 1985.
