AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seventy-seven Thousand Six
Hundred Sixty-eight and 33/100 Dollars ($77,668.33) from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer
Creek to pay the District's and the State of Missouri's share for
the construction of stormwater improvements in Folk Avenue (Phase
II), Weaver Avenue/Black Creek Improvement in the City of
Maplewood, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the City of Maplewood, Missouri has undertaken
said project, and the District and the State of Missouri have each
respectively agreed to contribute one-third (1/3) of the costs
thereof, and
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to pay its
respective share of the costs for said project to the District to
be forwarded to the City of Maplewood, Missouri, upon the receipt
of such funds from said source, said money will be deposited in
the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Deer Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seventy-seven Thousand Six
Hundred Sixty-eight and 33/100 Dollars ($77,668.33) is hereby
appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to pay the District's and the State
of Missouri's share for the construction of stormwater
improvements in Folk Avenue (Phase II), Weaver Avenue/Black Creek
Improvement, in the City of Maplewood, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment .
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 13, 1985. -2-
