AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixty-eight Thousand
Dollars ($68,000.00) from the Fee Fee Connection Fees Account to
pay the former owners of Fee Fee Trunk Sewer, Inc. principal and
interest due pursuant to the Agreement of Purchase and Sale of the
assets of Fee Fee Trunk Sewer, Inc.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty-eight Thousand Dollars
($68,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Fee Fee Connection
Fees Account to pay the former owners of Fee Fee Trunk Sewer, Inc.
principal and interest due pursuant to the Agreement of Purchase
and Sale of the assets of Fee Fee Trunk Sewer, Inc.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 13, 1985.
