AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixty-seven Thousand
Dollars ($67,000.00) from the Missouri Bottoms Connection Fees
Account to pay the former owners of Missouri Bottoms Sewer Company
principal and interest due pursuant to the Agreement of Purchase
and Sale of the capital stock of Missouri Bottoms Sewer Company.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty-seven Thousand Dollars
($67,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Missouri Bottoms
Connection Fees Account to pay the former owners of Missouri
Bottoms Sewer Company principal and interest due pursuant to the
Agreement of Purchase and Sale of the capital stock of Missouri
Bottoms Sewer Company.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 13, 1985.
