AN ORDINANCE appropriating Ninety-One Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($91,500) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek to be used for
the construction of a gabion wall, together with repayment of the
cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous
other costs incurred in connection with such construction project,
Willow Trails No. 12663 (S-2280, C-1131), in the City of Black
Jack, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri, has agreed to
contribute one=third (1/3) of the total costs of said project;
upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said money will
be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek, and
WHEREAS, the City of Black Jack, Missouri, and St.
Louis County, Missouri have agreed to jointly contribute one-third
(1/3) of the total costs of said project; upon the receipt of such
funds from said sources, said money will be returned to the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ninety-One Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($91,500) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek to be used for the construction of a gabion wall,
together with repayment of the costs of Engineering, Survey and
Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection
with such construction project, in Willow Trails No. 12663 (S-
2280, C-1131), in the City of Black Jack, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
