AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Wachter
Construction, Inc. for the construction of a gabion wall in
Willow Trails No. 12663 (S-2280, C-1131), in the City of Black
Jack, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Wachter Construction, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of a gabion wall in
Willow Tails No. 12663 (S-2280, C-1131), in the City of Black
Jack, Missouri, within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 3rd day of January
1985, and formally executed on the 22nd day of January, 1985, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 13, 1985.
