AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Bommarito
Construction Company for the construction of storm sewers in Clay
Ave. 1002 N. (S-2057, C-1132), in the City of Kirkwood, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bommarito Construction Company as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in Clay
Ave. 1002 N. (S-2057, C-1132), in the City of Kirkwood, Missouri,
within The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 3rd day of January, 1985, and formally
executed on the 22nd day of January, 1985, by said contractor and
by the Executive Director and the Secretary=Treasurer on behalf of
the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 13, 1985.
