AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Hundred Fifty=five
Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($255,600.00) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of The University
City Branch of River des Peres to be used for the construction of
sanitary sewers, together with repayment of the cost of
Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs
incurred in connection with such construction project, in Miriam
Minerva Sanitary Relief Sewer (S-2031, C-1134), in the City of
Overland, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the City of Overland, Missouri has agreed to
contribute Thirty-three Thousand Dollars ($33,000.00) toward the
total cost of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from
said source, said money will be returned to the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of the University
City Branch of River des Peres,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Fifty-five
Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($255,600.00) is hereby appropriated
from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund
of The University City Branch of River des Peres to be used for
the construction of sanitary sewers, together with repayment of
the costs of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous
other costs incurred in connection with such construction project,
in Miriam Minerva Sanitary Relief Sewer (S-2031, C-1134). in the
City of Overland, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 13, 1985.
