AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Hundred Twenty-five
Thousand Dollars ($225,000.00) from the General Fund of the
District to the Executive Director Department (Account No. 100)
for professional and consulting services.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Twenty-five
Thousand Dollars ($225,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
General Fund of the District to the Executive Director Department
Account No. 100) for professional and consulting services.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 13, 1985.
