AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Thousand
Dollars ($100,000.00) from the General Fund to the Program
Management Office (Account No. 444) for easement and land
acquisition charges.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars
($100,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund to the
Program Management Office (Account No. 444) for easement and land
acquisition charges.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 13, 1985.
