AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 462 (Oakville
Terrace) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 462 (Oakville Terrace).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 462
(Oakville Terrace) shall be as follows:

OAKVILLE TERRACE
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 1 of "Barth Subdivision",
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 63, Page 16 of
the St. Louis County, Missouri, Recorder's Office, said southwest
corner being in the north line of Erb Road; thence northwardly
along the western line of said "Barth Subdivision" to the
southwestern corner of Lot 12 of said "Barth Subdivision"; thence
northeastwardly in a straight line to a point in the northeastern
line of said Lot 12, said point being distant southeastwardly, a
distance of 17.05 feet from the western most corner of Lot 13 of
said "Barth Subdivision"; thence eastwardly along a line being
southwardly of and parallel to the northern line of said Lot 13 to
a point in the northwestern line of Lot 14 of said "Barth
Subdivision", said point being distant southwestwardly, a distance
of 17.00 feet from the eastern most corner of said Lot 13; thence
southeastwardly in a straight line to the southeastern corner of
said Lot 14; thence southwardly along the eastern line of said
"Barth Subdivision" to the southeastern corner of Lot 25 of said
"Barth Subdivision", said southeastern corner of Lot 25 being in
the aforementioned north line of Erb Road; thence westwardly along
said north line of Erb Road to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 20, 1985.
