AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer to execute an easement deed for
the construction of electric lines and appurtenances by Union
Electric Company, across certain District property in St. Louis
County, Missouri, U.S. Survey 904, Township 44 North, Range 7 East
and partly in Carondelet Commons, also being part of Allen's
Subdivision in Chouquette Tract; as described in a deed recorded
in Book 6305, Page 1288 of the St. Louis County, Missouri Records.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute an
easement deed for the construction of electric lines and
appurtenances by Union Electric Company, across certain District
property in St. Louis County, Missouri, U.S. Survey 904, Township
44 North, Range 7 East and partly in Carondelet Commons, also
being part of Allen's Subdivision in Chouquette Tract; as
described in a deed recorded in Book 6305, Page 1288 of the St.
Louis County, Missouri Records.
Section Two. The easement deed as authorized by
Section One of this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and
conditions as are approved by the Director of Legal Services of
the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 27, 1985.
