AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer to execute an easement deed for
the construction of water lines and hydrants by St. Louis County
Water Company, across certain District property in St. Louis
County, Missouri, being Lot 9 and part of Lot 10 of Madden Tract
Subdivision, and part of U. S. Survey 3094, Township 46 North,
Range 5 East; as described in a deed recorded in Book 7021, Page
1105 of the St. Louis County, Missouri Records.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute an
easement deed for the construction of water lines and hydrants by
St. Louis County Water Company, across certain District property
in St. Louis County, Missouri, being Lot 9 and part of Lot 10 of
Madden Tract Subdivision, and part of U. S. Survey 3094, Township
46 North, Range 5 East; as described in a deed recorded in Book
7021, Page 1105 of the St. Louis County, Missouri Records.
Section Two. The easement deed as authorized by
Section One of this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and
conditions as are approved by the Director of Legal Services of
the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 27, 1985.
