AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to lease from the owners thereof certain real
property known and numbered as 1824 Knox Avenue, in the City of
St. Louis, Missouri for use as the District's Program Management
Office, and to execute a Lease Agreement upon the terms and
conditions hereinafter set out.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
are hereby authorized and directed to lease from the owners
thereof certain real property known and numbered as 1824 Knox
Avenue, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, for use as the
District's Program Management Office, upon the terms and
conditions hereinafter set out.
Section Two. The lease term shall commence on March 1,
1985, and continue for one (1) year to February 28, 1986, at the
annual rental of Thirty-two Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars
($32,700.00).
Section Three. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
are hereby authorized and directed to execute a Lease Agreement
giving effect to Section One and Two hereof, and embodying such
other terms and conditions as approved by the Director of Legal
Services.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 27, 1985.
