AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($9,800.00) from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Coldwater Creek to be used for the additional construction of
sanitary sewers, together with repayment of expenses incurred by
the District in connection with such construction project known as
Subdistrict No. 615 (Mignon Meadows), in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 5743, adopted September 26,
1984, provided the initial funding for said project, and the scope
of said project has now been enlarged to include two (2)
additional residents, and
WHEREAS, the real property owners in such Subdistrict
have paid to the District Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars
($9,800.00) for the additional costs of said project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Nine Thousand Eight Hundred
Dollars ($9,800.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Coldwater Creek
to be used for the additional construction of sanitary sewers,
together with repayment of expenses incurred by the District in
connection with such construction project known as Subdistrict No.
615 (Mignon Meadows), in St. Louis County, Missouri, and any
unused portion thereof shall be returned to the contributors pro
rata.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 27, 1985.
