AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Wachter
Construction, Inc. for the construction of combined sewers in
Grand & Victor (85042), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Wachter Construction, Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of combined sewers in
Grand & Victor (85042), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, within
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 28th day of January, 1985, and formally
executed on the 12th day of February, 1985, by said contractor and
by the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 27, 1985.
