AN ORDINANCE, transferring Two Hundred Thousand Dollars
($200,000.00) from the Missouri Bottoms Operating Fund to the
Bonfils Operating Fund, and appropriating Seven Hundred Ninety-six
Thousand Dollars ($796,000.00) from the Bonfils Operating Fund for
the cost of engineering design of sewers and facilities in the
Lower Missouri River Basin - Bonfils - Missouri Bottoms
Interceptor Sewer.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars
($200,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Missouri Bottoms
Operating Fund to the Bonfils Operating Fund.
Section Two. The sum of Seven Hundred Ninety-six
Thousand Dollars ($796,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Bonfils Operating Fund for the cost of engineering design of
sewers and facilities in the Lower Missouri River Basin - Bonfils
- Missouri Bottoms Interceptor Sewer.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 13, 1985.
