AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-489 with PRC Engineering, Inc.
for the cost of engineering services for the design of sewers and
facilities in the Lower Missouri River Basin - Bonfils - Missouri
Bottoms Interceptor Sewer.
WHEREAS, the District requires specialized consulting
assistance for said engineering services,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract E-489 with PRC
Engineering, Inc. for the cost of engineering services for the
design of sewers and facilities in the Lower Missouri River Basin
Bonfils - Missouri Bottoms Interceptor Sewer.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of
this Ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as
are approved by the Assistant Executive Director and General
Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 13, 1985.
