AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixteen Thousand Dollars
($16,000.00) from the Fee Fee Connection Fees Account for
engineering services for the final design of Villadorado Sanitary
Relief Sewer Project, Contract E-490.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixteen Thousand Dollars
($16,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Fee Fee Connection
Fees Account for engineering services for the final design of
Villadorado Sanitary Relief Sewer Project, Contract E-490.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 13, 1985.
