AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty Thousand Dollars
($30,000.00) from the Coldwater Creek Sewer Revenue Fund for
engineering services for the final design of the Florland and
Blanchette Drive Sanitary Relief Sewer Project, Contract E-491.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty Thousand Dollars
($30,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Coldwater Creek Sewer
Revenue Fund for engineering services for the final design of the
Florland and Blanchette Drive Sanitary Relief Sewer Project,
Contract E-491.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 13, 1985.
