WHI~.EAS, Block 201 Lot 1 has been purchased in fee simple by Holy Family
Roman Catholic Church; and
I~.EAS, said property shall be used in the furtherance of the religious
pursuit of the aforementioned church;
NOW, ~REFORE, BE IT ORDA~ that pursuant to N.J.S.A. 54:4-36 Block 201
Lot 1 is hereby declared to be exempt from local property taxes;
BE IT ~ RESOLVED, that the assessor is directed to make all proper
documents to effectuate said exemplar.
Adopted this 7th day of November, 1996
and certified as a true copy of the original
on November 8, 1996.
