AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary=Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-493 with Kuhlmann Design Group,
Inc. for engineering services for the final design of 12000 Block
Krenning Lane Storm Sewer Project.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E=493 with
Kuhlmann Design Group, Inc. for engineering services for the final
design of 12000 Block Krenning Lane Storm Sewer Project.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 13, 1985.
