AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary=Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-494 with Jones-Mayer, Inc. for
engineering services for the final design of Glenway 800-900 Storm
Sewer Project.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-494 with
Jones-Mayer, Inc. for engineering services for the final design of
Glenway 800-900 Storm Sewer Project.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 13, 1985.
