Home My Public Portal About05923 O R D I N A N C E NO. 5923 AN ORDINANCE, transferring Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek, and appropriating Forty-five Thousand Dollars ($45,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek for engineering services for the final design of Various Gabion Wall Projects, Contract E-495. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sum of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Gravois Creek to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek. Section Two. The sum of Forty-five Thousand Dollars ($45,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek for engineering services for the final design of Various Gabion Wall Projects, Contract E-495. Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 13, 1985.
