AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-495 with Volz Engineering and
Surveying, Inc. for engineering services for the final design of
Various Gabion Wall Projects.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-495 with
Volz Engineering and Surveying, Inc. for engineering services for
the final design of Various Gabion Wall Projects.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 13, 1985.
