AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty-five Thousand
Dollars ($35,000.00) from the Coldwater Creek Sewer Revenue Fund
for engineering services for the final design of St. Eugene and
St. Edward Sanitary Relief Sewer Project, Contract E-497.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-five Thousand Dollars
($35,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Coldwater Creek Sewer
Revenue Fund for engineering services for the final design of St.
Eugene and St. Edward Sanitary Relief Sewer Project, Contract E-
497.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 13, 1985.
