AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Seventy-five
Thousand Dollars ($175,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek for engineering
services for the final design of DC-5 Sanitary Relief Sewer
Project, Contract E-499.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Seventy-five
Thousand Dollars ($175,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer
Creek for engineering services for the final design of DC-5
Sanitary Relief Sewer Project, Contract E-499.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 13, 1985.
