AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into Contract E-500 with Kennedy
Associates/Architects, Inc. for engineering services for the final
design of #2001 Huntington Storm Sewer Project.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-500 with
Kennedy Associates/Architects, Inc. for engineering services for
the final design of #2001 Huntington Storm Sewer Project.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 13, 1985.
