AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twelve Thousand Dollars
($12,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of the University City Branch of River des Peres
for engineering services for the final design of #2237 Huntington
Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-501.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twelve Thousand Dollars
($12,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of the University
City Branch of River des Peres for engineering services for the
final design of #2237 Huntington Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-
501.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 13, 1985.
