AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Ninety-four Thousand Two
Hundred Dollars ($94,200.00) from the General Fund of the District
to be used for the construction of storm sewers, together with
repayment of the cost of Engineering, Survey and Inspection, and
miscellaneous other costs incurred in connection with such
construction project, in Dorne No. 1211 (S-2323, C-1112), in St.
Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri, has agreed to
contribute one-third (1/3) of the total costs of said project;
upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said money will
be returned to the General Fund of the District and
WHEREAS, St. Louis County, Missouri, has agreed to
contribute two-thirds (2/3) of the total costs of said project;
upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said money will
be returned to the General Fund of the District,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ninety-four Thousand Two
Hundred Dollars ($94,200.00) is hereby appropriated from the
General Fund of the District to be used for the construction of
storm sewers, together with repayment of the costs of Engineering,
Survey and Inspection, and miscellaneous other costs incurred in
connection with such construction project, in Dorne No. 1211 (S-
2323, C-1112), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 27, 1985.
