AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Bates Utility
Co., Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Dorne No. 1211
(S-2323, C-1112), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bates Utility Co., Inc., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of storm sewers in Dorne
No. 1211 (S-2323, C-1112), in St. Louis County, Missouri, within
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 21st day of February, 1985, and
formally executed on the 12th day of March, 1985, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary=Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 27, 1985.
