AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 1 of Flora Del Place, a subdivision in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the portion of the subject
easement, and this District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of the
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
That portion of a ten (10) foot wide easement lying
East of a ten (10) foot wide easement along
the West line and ten (10) feet North of the
South line of Lot 1 of Flora Del Place a
subdivision recorded in Plat Book 189, Page
37 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 27, 1985.
