AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-six Thousand Dollars
($26,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction
Improvement Fund of Maline Creek for engineering services for the
final design of the Dellwood Storm Sewer Project, Contract E-508.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-six Thousand Dollars
($26,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek for
engineering services for the final design of the Dellwood Storm
Sewer Project, Contract E-508.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 27, 1985.
